With over 25 years experience, her practice is devoted to optimising wellbeing and performance through the integration of innovative, evidence-based nutrition and functional medicine. With a deeper specialisation in athletic performance, longevity and menopausal resilience, Fiona partners with high-performing individuals, empowering them to elevate their wellbeing and redefine their performance potential.
Drawing from her deep knowledge of nutritional therapy, lifestyle coaching, and sports nutrition, Fiona utilises a Functional Medicine approach to uncover the underlying causes of ill health and suboptimal health. She translates complex scientific principles into personalised, practical strategies that empower her clients to thrive.
While Fiona's practice encompasses both men and women, she has a personal interest for women's health, particularly in navigating the transformative phases of perimenopause and menopause. As a post-menopausal woman who has personally navigated this journey, she brings a unique level of empathy and understanding. Her personal experience, combined with her rigorous scientific background, allows her to offer tailored solutions for managing symptoms, optimising wellness, and reclaiming vitality.
Fiona's dedication to health & performance extends beyond the clinic. As a successful age-group triathlete, she has achieved podium finishes in several Ironman 70.3 distance races, qualified for the World Championships, and conquered a full-distance Ironman race. This firsthand experience provides her with invaluable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities that women face as they pursue athletic goals at any age.
Fiona is committed to helping individuals transform their health, extend their healthspan, and unlock their full potential in sports and life. She believes that everyone deserves to live a vibrant, fulfilling life, and she is passionate about providing the tools and support to make that a reality.
